We have used OSC Technical for our technical support needs at Frassati Catholic Academy for the last year. Their ticketing system is easy to use when we need to request assistance. They have responded quickly to our requests for help. Many requests are able to be solved remotely, which is great! When they have needed to come on-site for support, they have worked hard to meet our needs. We appreciate the services they have provided for us and their expertise in the field!
